I have recently joined bollywood Sunday weekend batch. Sandhya mam is our instructor. I loved being here. She picks up very recent catchy songs and choreographed it. Make sure we learn them. She makes the session so lovely and lively. I wait for Sunday and proudly tell friends and family that each one should follow this dance routine. Each time teaches us some techniques and gives the reason we might fall if we do some steps incorrectly. It really makes me feel young and energetic. I feel lucky to be associated with the swingers group and Sandhya mam.

Sandhya is very consistent and an awesome instructor. She makes classes so much fun with her jokes while ensuring that we have an intense session. Love her classes.. An awesome workout which boosts all the happy hormones too. Thank you Sandhya and Swingers! Totally recommend them. The best dance sessions in Adyar.

It is a good place , where we learn and also enjoy the classes. I go for the fitness classes the instructor is excellent and is ok with all the goof ups we make in class. It is beneficial because it is an hybrid system, and as a family person it is helpful because I take the classes online whenever it is not possible for in person classes. Overall it is a pleasant experience being there. Its been a year and the classes are going on in a wonderful way. Enjoying the classes with the same excitement as the first day I went for them.

This place rocks! I bring my 4 yo here twice a week. The studio is spacious, well lit, and very clean. For those of you with small kids, their bathroom is also very clean. That's a plus for me. The class size is such that the kids get individual attention. I cannot say enough about the instructor and the staff. They are very courteous and friendly. The instructor is great at handling the kids and actually has fun teaching. He is very patient and takes his time with the kids. My son looks forward to his classes here. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a dance school
